Digital Research: Year 3 Researching Rainforests

The year 3's used the iPads to do some Rainforest research. They chose a rainforest animal and used the iPads to find some pictures which they saved onto the camera roll.

They then used the app Popplet to create a simple Mind Map which included the pictures they just found, together with some details about the animal such as habitat and diet.

The use of the iPads allowed to children to research quickly and effectively and the app Popplet allowed them to share their work in a neat, colourful way which they really enjoyed doing.
