Digital Research/Simulations and Modelling: Year 5 research different planets

The year 5's used the iPads to research different plants and find out interesting facts about them.

They used the app Solar Walk and took screen shots of the planets they found. Here are some examples of the pictures and the facts they found.

	Uranus has 27 moons.
	Like Jupiter, Saturn is made of hydrogen and helium.
	Neptune is dark blue.
	Pluto is named for the Roman god of the underworld. The surface temperature on Pluto is -233c or -387f.
